Restrict by role

    Hi all,

    I have a page called “forum” that contains 6 bbpress forums. For logged-out users, I’d like to show the forums, but when you try and click on a particular forum, it’ll re-direct you to a specific URL. Is this possible? Currently, all the plugins I seem to come across just HIDE the forums for logged out users…

    @lorenzoto – take a look at s2member plugin and or maybe the “press permit core” – both in the wp repo – they may do what you are describing – have not tested with bbpress stuff yet – so not 100% sure, but think I saw something in both of them for bb stuff.

    I am sure there are other similar options out there as well.

    Helllo!

    I’ve seen s2member before, but we already have a membership plugin installed, but unfortunately it doesn’t allow e to do what I want.

    I did try the press permit core, but still no joy :(!

    Have you any other recommendation @djsteveb?
