Restrict or resize photos on Activity page.

I have a problem where if a member uploads a large size photo to a forum posts, the exact size of the photo shows up on the activate page. The plugin I use to upload the photos to forum posts is u forum attachment.

Is there anyway to have a size restriction on the photos.

I did post it there, the same time i wrote it here. No reply there either. Surely this has come up before or do all activates page show large photos?
