Restrict same member type to see each other

Hello,
I work on a website where i want to create 2 big categorie of member.
The goal it’s that the two category meet each other.
To make it simple, imagine if i need to create a dating website with two category member like MAN and WOMAN and i want that man can’t see people from there category but only the other category and the same for woman.
MAN see WOMAN but not others MAN
WOMAN see MAN but not others WOMANIt’s an example
I don’t know if i am clear but i’m ready to answer yours question.
