reverse direction for private messages

    Hi,
    how can I change the direction for private messages. Want I want is a reverse direction.
    Normally the formfield for new messages ist below the messagehistory and for the newest answer I have to scroll down.
    I want the formfield on the top and the newest anser on the top of the history.
    How can I change this?
