RSS Feed / Filter not working

I have not been able to get the filter to work on the Feeds on the activity page. I have GenesisConnect and the executive theme.
A second problem I am unable to edit the acrivity page, when I do it comes up blank. I put a little JavaScript Embed preamble at the top I would like to change.
