Save & Continue through Field Groups

I am curious on a way to achieve this or maybe there is already a plugin or script that allows for this. I currently have 3 field groups on our site for users profiles. I would like for when my members are editing their profile on the front end of the website (let’s say they are currently editing Field Group 1) then when they are done editing field group 1 and scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes” to change that text to Save & Continue and when they click it then it goes on to the next profile field group for them to edit their info.
Any thoughts, suggestions or plugins on how best to accomplish this?
