Select Interface language

    Hello

    I’m looking for a working plugin which changes the interface language. There are some plugins but they do not work good enough for an online site. Is someone working on a plugin or is it unimportant ?

    I would liek to do something but I’m not that good on php,working with wordpress makes it more diffucult I only have a basic knowledge of php and english language :) sorry …..
