Send to Box Missing in Messages

The send to box used to be there, now it’s gone. All you see is:

Send To (Username or Friend’s Name)

[ ] This is a notice to all users.

Subject and message boxes are there.

Looks like you need to upgrade your BP theme. Change to bp-default theme to double-check.
