Sending message to all members

Hello,

I used Buddypress for a website I am making. It’s a good plugin, but I have some trouble with messaging. I can’t send a message to all members as an administrator. The option is available but unclickable.

If I will send a message to every member, I get an error.
This is in Safari browser.
