Separating Account Settings from Profiles?

So my goal here is to have only the standard profile and photos (rt Media) show in the profile page. The settings/edit profile would be in its own “settings” page without the profile header and such. The messages would also ideally be on its own page as well. If anyone could suggest a plugin that already does this, or some minor PHP edits or something, that’d be great!
