Seriously high server load running buddypress.

Hi!
I have a dedicated 64 bit single cpu server with 8gb ram running a 2008 server installation.
Server running wampserver.
On this we have a buddypress install.
Running forum and using the activity stream with a refresh plugin as a chat for our 30 members.
Also a couple of other plugins as twitter widget, wp super cache, system overview, buddypress mobile. Running the supermassive theme..
Server load is running sky high. 80-100% all the time. As we are upgrading our service and probably adding 200 more users we need to find out what is causing this load. Windows says that the httpd.conf that is loading.Anyone have a clue to what i can do to get this fixed? I seriously cant think that the load is supposed to be this high.
