Setting Privacy Settings

Ideally I would like to disable the activity tab so that only logged in users can see what is going on… I have not found a plug-in for that, is there?

Second, I do have the privacy settings plug-in so individual users can set their own privacy levels. When I go to set my privacy so only logged in users can see my activity streams, it says “Error Saving Your Settings.” with no further explanation. Any words of advice? It is driving me nuts!

You could take a slightly different approach and hide the content but keep the tab: https://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-troubleshooting/forum/topic/hiding-activity-content-for-non-logged-users/

There is also this (I’ve not used it though): https://buddypress.org/community/groups/private-buddypress/activity/

As for the second bit.. which plugin are you using?
