BuddyPress.org

I would like help with setting up a multisite with an existing buddypress installation. I am creating a gaming Guild network. Currently I have http://vanhelsingcorporation.com/ as my site. The guild originated for one game, however I am hoping to expand it across many games and all consoles. The idea would be to have what I currently have as vindictus.vanhelsingcorporation.com to dedicate that specifically to that game. For example, if i had a group that wanted to join that plays Halo on xbox, it would be halo.vanhelsingcorporation.com. Each “game” would be set up nearly identically as how i have it now. So, i would be able to view all subsites under one install, and manage all members for their “game” or site. Obviously I would have some pages that wouldn’t have buddypress functionality such as a greeting page. For example global.vanhelsingcorporation.com, xbox.vanhelsingcorporation.com, pc.vanhelsingcorporation.com, and ps3.vanhelsingcorporation.com. Please let me know if there is any way of doing this, and what would be the best way of managing this. I love that wordpress is open source, but it is not the friendliest way of doing things. I think if i want something done professionally, I’m better off hiring someone that does this for a living, but then again, I’m only a kid in high school looking to get my feet wet in web design and programming with Java.
