Hi all,

My Google-foo isn’t working as I’ve not been able to find anything that can do this. I’m hoping someone out there has done this previously. Here goes:

I’m looking for a way to show my group memberships on the BuddyPress profile page. I have extended profiles enabled and would like to automatically hide/show a groups field for anyone who’s joined a group.

If the user *hasn’t* joined a group, the field wouldn’t show up. If the user *has* joined one or more groups, the field would show up and automatically populate their groups and link to them.

Here’s what the profile page looks like:

Ideally, this would insert itself into the standard extended profile list. In my profile example above, I’d like it to be right above bio spot.

Has anyone seen, heard of or used a plugin that can accomplish this? Can anyone suggest a code snippet that would handle this? I can’t imagine that it would be too difficult to add.
