I’m using the latest version of Buddypress and WordPress – with the group forums feature (not bbpress).

In the forums section in addition to showing the number of posts and the freshness of the post, I would also like to show the number of times the post has been viewed.

I attempted to use the code from the following site:

It works for regular wordpress posts, but doesn’t seem to be working for the buddypress portion. I made the changes in the appropriate buddypress files, but the problem seems to be that the code isn’t really designed for forum topics..

Any thoughts on if this is even possible? Has anyone attempted something similar? Thank you in advance for your help!
