Side Wide Notice not appearing

    Hi there the site wide notice widget is not appearing in my widget lists. The other widgets appear.

    The problem persists when I switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme.

    Wordpress version 4.9.8
    Buddypress version 3.2.0
