Single Group Link Problem

I have turned Groups into a place where people can post articles about their products and links. Recently articles in other languages than English are being posted and it is gaining momentum. My problem is that the links in ex. Russian, Chinese, Thai and so turn into %d8%aa%d8%ad%d9%85%d9%8a%d9%84 which render the article unavailable. Is there a program on the market that can automatically convert these links into readable url’s for BuddyPress to be able to open the article? Thank you. Regards.
