Site-Wide Activity Filters Broken

When on the Site Wide Activity page, the filters are no longer working. Individual users activity pages are still filtering correctly (User profile -> Activity Tab -> “Show:-filter-“) along with all the Member filters.
To identify if there this is a Plugin, Theme or OS issue, I have; Disabled all plugin’s except BuddyPress, Activated the Default Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Thirteen Themes, Tested on Safari version 5.1.10, version 10.9.5, version 6.1.6, Safari Developer – User Agent IE10, iPhone 4s iOS 7.1.2.
The site is running the latest BuddyPress and WordPress Versions. Site is a Multisite Install.
If anyone has experienced anything similar or has any idea what might be happening, please let me know. Thanks to all!
