Site Wide Activity RSS Feed produces ‘Page not found’.

I’ve seen this problem reported over a year ago. I use Buddypress 1.1.3 on WPMU 2.9.1.1, but with a heavily customized theme.

Is this a known problem? Where should I look to fix it?

It’s probably something silly…
