sitewide css affecting other non buddypress themes

I just found some strange bug caused by site-wide.css of my buddypress home theme.

Some of other themes in wp-content/themes directory is also loading the site-wide.css from buddypress-home theme, making themes contain unwanted elements defined in the css.

I thought site-wide.css only affects bp-themes, and it should only affect that way.

Well, as you’ve found out, it doesn’t. I’m not sure if this a wpmu feature or not. If you think it should work differently, write up an enhancement ticket and put it on trac.

site-wide.css loads on all pages regardless of the theme. It’s only useful if you have a consistent theme for the site. Don’t use it otherwise.
