Smiley support for Sitewide activity widget

    Well, I added the plugin “Tango Smileys Extended” which works awesome to add more smileys to my WPMU/BP installation… the problem is, when someone comments and puts a smiley in the comment/post (anything), when you go back to the MAIN PAGE the SITEWIDE ACTIVITY widget won’t show the smiley. instead it’ll show the ;nerd; or :P instead of the smiley itself… you can view this at: http://www.myhangoutonline.com if their is a fix, please let me know. thank you.
