Some problems with the avatar & crop function

    Hi

    I am running buddypress 2.1.1
    I have two problems –

    1. Crop function is not fitting in the web browser. How can I make it so that it fits the web browser screen. I found this solution but was unable to figure out where should I put the code. Else, how can I disable the crop feature and just show a box with defined dimensions which user would be able to move and set a location if the image is bigger than the box.

    2. Buddypress is not accepting capital letter file formats of avatar in the default android browser, however it is working on browsers like Google Chrome for android. Is there any specific reason for why is it happening?

    In 1st point, I am talking about the web browser of a mobile phone… missed it by mistake.
