Splogging from sign-up form

Records are showing splogs being set up after people Googling for:

â€œRegistering for this site is easy, just fill in the fields below and we’ll get a new account set up for you in no time.â€

Have tried to find the file which contains this line in order to change it, but cannot.

Can anyone help, please, or am I being incredibly stupid in not seeing it?

It’s located in your theme/registration/register.php.

Finding this interesting people are obviously targetting new bp sites..
