Standard code for registration page

I made a Register page with Buddypress so far so good.

But we invite members to become a member.
So the register link is online and available even for people how are not invited.
I think we cannot hide that page but is there a option that I can input a “activation key” what is needed for the complete the registration?

So I send the mail, send the one and only activation key, the member fill in the activation key and the registration is complete.

I hope you guys can help me out.

This is the solution.

But one question, the page is very plain and simple.
How can and witch file I have to edit to change for example the background?

@mbraam-1 Glad the plugin worked out for you.

What page is plain and simple? If you only want to change the background (of whole site or of one specific page) then you can change it via your theme’s stylesheet.
