Stop displaying Group Description on every page

I find it annoying that every part of a group has to show the group description on top. It is fine for the “front” page, but once a person is in and wants to go to other items they all exist below the always present description.
Makes it hard for some people to even see the lower section if they have a smaller monitor or tablet.
Has anyone setup a way to keep this description from showing on every subpage?
