Stop friend request after declining

    Hi everyone,

    I would like to stop users sending friend request to another person when this person have previouslu decline the request.

    IE : Once a user X decline a request from a user Y , Y can not send request to X in the future.

    Is it possible to do that ?
    I’m developer so if I need to put some code it’s not a problem 😉

    If your a developer what solution or partial solution have you attempted, give us an idea of an approach you imagined or some work in progress code, then people may be more inclined to help if they can see something to work with.

    As for it being an issue, it’s not one that I recall being raised before, although does kinda make sense, but what happens if you decline the request in error how do you backtrack or simply want to allow later on after thinking about it, what flag do you set and where if you want to stop further requests.

    There is a premium plugin from PhiloPress that lets members block each other.
    Once a member has blocked you, there is no way to send a friendship request to that member until they unblock you.
