Suggestion for Group(s) on BP.org

It would be nice to have a group & forum for sharing functions, tips and tricks, etc. This would probably make finding information easier for designers and newbies. Another group would be nice for just CSS / Webdesign help. So many helpful ideas are on this site – and it would be nice to move the topics together and get them organized. After all, sometimes the questions are not directly BP related but being asked because BP is installed. …

Now this shouldn’t preclude BP-Tricks or other sites from launching and being active.

Just my 2 cents for the evening :)

Yes, the existing setup doesn’t work… There are groups already, but I don’t think they are noticed because the support tab just presents one merged set of threads.

As you say, there is a lot of none bp, and it’s also very difficult to find tech advice that’s been given. Better docs, better forums, but above all better presentation / ux, would go a long way.

I didn’t know some of those groups exist. I better go looking for them!

The forum index for this site could be arranged in a more traditional forum listing – by looping through each group and sorting the latest topics. This was done on http://www.thechembook.com/tutoring so students can see the topics from each group.
