Suggestions – two private blogs

Any suggestions on the best way to use buddypress to set up to private blogs – one for Women, one for men. Sort of like Silo’s next to each other – men need to only be part of the men’s blog and women only part of the women’s blog, along with other private areas that will be duplicated for men and women.
