The Link You Followed Has Expired page error when creating a group

Wordpress version Version 5.6.3
BuddyPress plugin version: Version 7.3.0I’m getting the error “The Link You Followed Has Expired” page when I try to create a group.
The default url is <my-site-url>/groups/create/step/group-details/
While crating a new group the first step is the Details page where a title and a group description has to be provided. After entering the details and when I select the “Create group and Continue” button, it takes me to the group-setting page page(<my-site-url>/groups/create/step/group-settings/) which is blank and has two buttons, a “Back to previous step” button and a “Next step” button. But when I select the “Next step” button it loads a blank page with a text “The link you followed has expired.”, but it should actually take me to the group photo step/page. Can you please help me to resolve this as issue as it breaks the flow of group creation rpocess.
However when I navigate back to my group listing page, I’m able to find the newly create group.
