Theme for BuddyPress only

Hi, i would like to know if those themes can be applied ONLY to the BuddyPress pages, conserving my actual WordPress theme.
I’m going crazy to find a solution

In brief, i would like to make a social zone in my site without altering it in its theme (Pheromone), i use the latest WP version.

The article has mentioned everything there. Please take a backup before doing so. The theme depends on your need, compare the features and buy one. Kleo, BuddyBoss is one of the best BuddyPress themes.
