Theme function.php is not loaded first

    Just want to give an idea: what if the function.php file of buddypress theme is loaded first before all core files (just like how wordpress theme works) instead of the bp-custom.php?

    I think it is not “comfortable” for theme user to create or adding codes into a bp-custom.php to customize the functionality of buddypress.

    Just my 2 cents :D

    I’d argue that if you had things you wanted to put into a bp-custom.php file, then creating the new files would not prove a problem.
