To post in an open group without joining it.

Hi All,
Recently I’ve installed Buddypress. I am working fine with mu BP installation.But now I am facing a problem i.e. I want to know whether it is possible to post in a group(open group) without joining the group..like we can read the post of the open group.

If there is a way , than how to do it friends.

I would really appreciate any sort of help.
