Trying to enable Forum and Groups for users to create and begin discussing.

    For some reason, when I am in “groups” as a user, I am unable to locate “Create new group” and the same goes for forums.

    I can’t seem to figure out why, but as of now, there is not an option to create new forums or groups??

    Many thanks for who can help me understand what is happening…
