trying to make my theme buddypress compatible

hi, i used the buddypress template pack plugin and followed the instructions but it seems my sidebar alignment is totally off.

can anyone help and tell me how i can fix this please?

I think the issue is that template pack gives the impression that it’s a fully automated click process, and the fact that there will be manual editing seems to get overlooked.
