Trying to use 'blogstandard" theme

Hi all. I need some help with installing this child theme.

I do not know how to install a child theme and I don’t want to mess up my site!

upload that theme to your wp-content/themes folder and activate theme. In the folder there are some directions. You have to change the readings settings

ok i uploaded the theme and before I activated it I went to do a preview and it looks all messed up is that normal??

No, if you have BP installed correctly when you choose preview it should look fine. I have no idea about this child theme. My directions are simply how you install and activate a child theme. You should never do testing on a live site.

BP is not just a theme it’s a plugin. Do you have it installed and activated?
