TypeError: jq.cookie is not a function

    Using buddypress 2.1 breaks my jquery sliders. This is the error: TypeError: jq.cookie is not a function. I have tried replacing global.js with an earlier version, as suggested, and this did not work either. Suggeations please? I like buddypress and I want to continue using this great product, but I need my sliders also. Thanks.

    Which code (and line number) does this error relate to?

    Regarding your jQuery sliders, is that a WP plugin etc? A little info about that would be helpful too.
