BuddyPress.org

I cannot find anywhere to create a group.

I am in administrator mode and can not find any option in the admin panel.
As such, I have also tried setting it to allow all users to create one, and yet no button appears on the group page.

The button was there yesterday when I installed Buddypress. I have tried deactivating all other plugins as well.

Any help would be much appreciated.
