Unable to edit Extended Profile :(

After installing Buddypress, the options to edit the extended profile worked well once, and thereafter am not able to do it…(not able to add more options other than name)
Kindly help.I am running
Wordpress 4.92 running at the root.
Theme- Newspaper 8.5
Host: Hostgator.
Buddypress 2.92 (No custom codes)
