Unable to Edit Profile

    Afternoon everyone,

    I have installed BuddyPress and a few extensions on my WP site. So far things are working good but when I click on my profile in the groups setup and then hit edit to edit my profile it just gives me a blank page. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

    I appreciate any help you may be able to provide.

    What do you mean by ‘groups setup’ ?

    In BuddyPress, if I click on the profile option it will show my profile that other users can click on in the BuddyPress groups. Once you click on the profile link it gives you an option to click edit to edit your profile….I just get a blank page with no options to edit anything.

    So when you go to your profile screen and click ‘Profile > Edit’ you get a blank screen?

    Try to narrow down the potential issues.

    What is the browser url on that screen? Do you see the site header?

    What theme are you using?

    Try switching to a WP theme, like TwentyThirteen.

    Try deactivating your other ‘extensions’.
