Unable to start a fresh BP install

    Hi.
    I’ve looked at many, many tickets about starting the BP installation from scratch. I’ve followed each instruction to the letter. I’ve changed to 2015 theme, deleted my new theme, disabled all plugins, deleted all BP plugins and files. I’m still not getting the Step 1 fresh installation Wizard.
    Any new and exciting thoughts?
