Upgrading my “Template Packed” Theme doesn't work

Hi,
I recently wanted to upgrade my theme, created with the old BuddyPress Template Pack to the new Theme Compatibility since BP 1.7 und it didn’t work properly. I read through this article: http://codex.buddypress.org/themes/theme-compatibility-1-7/bp-17-upgrading-template-packed-themes/
When I open a BuddyPress page (Members, Activity, Groups etc.), a page with no content appears.

In the meantime I went back to the old Template Pack.
Do you have any ideas?
