Upload avatar returns 404 error page while using languages other than English

    My site is multi-languages, English and Japanese. The pages are all translated.
    In English version of change avatar page, it works correctly after click “Upload Image” button.
    But in Japanese version of change avatar page, after click the Upload Image button, it just returns 404 error page to the user.
    I cannot find any error, the Change avatar page is translated and displayed correctly in Japanese before clicking upload. Any one has similar error and knows how to fix it? Thanks.

    It has been days that I have this problem, but I cannot find where the error comes from. I will be very grateful if some experts can help. Thanks!
