BuddyPress.org

I’m new to Buddypress and in mydomain.com/register where my Buddypress registration has been set at, I see that there is a ‘Blog Details” section where the new user will get to create his/her blog by entering the name for it in a field provided as such: mydomain.com/BlogName

My questions are:
1- How can modify this so when users create a “blog” they don’t get the same Admin page as I do as a super user? (because when they login, I see that they can see all other plugins and other things that I see as a super user)
2- Can this feature be set for specific role?
