User cannot access dashboard

    I have a site with BuddyPress. We are experiencing issues with a user being able to get to the dashboard. She is able to log in but when she tries to go to the dashboard or any links on the admin bar it just keeps her in a loop on the welcome page. She has tried logging in from multiple different machines, different locations, and different browsers. I have her clear her cache and cookies and history and I clear the application pool. Any assistance would be great.

    Is ‘she’ an administrator?
    If not, you probably have some code in your install that prevents her role from accessing wp-admin.

    She is an administrator for the site. I am able to access her dashboard from my office but she is unable to from hers and other places.

    Can you log in as her and then access wp-admin?
    If so, then your install is probably only allowing access from specific IP addresses.

    I can log in as her and then access the wp-admin section. I was able to do it on my work network and on my 4g network.

    Do you have any other suggestions on what I can do?
