User Pages? Like facebook business pages etc? Such thing?

    Hello, i basicly want to give my users a way of using my site like they do with facebook.

    You can create a page and post material etc on it. But i dont want it to be a group. I want it more to advertise services so maybe just like a normal page i as an admin could make but allow users to like it or follow it etc?
