User profile edit not possible

Hello guys,
could someone please help me!
On our site https://kurs-natur.ch/ we have installed BuddyPress in combination with the WP Theme MyListing.
Now, admins could edit their BuddyPress profile, but normal users can’t. And I can’t find the problem.
