I’m experiencing an issue with user profile pictures on my website that utilizes BuddyPress. Despite users uploading profile pictures, they’re not displaying correctly throughout the site. Instead, there’s a default placeholder or sometimes no image at all.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Cleared browser cache and tried accessing the site from different browsers.
Disabled caching plugins to check if they were causing conflicts.
Ensured that the file permissions for the upload directory are set correctly.
Verified that the image formats and sizes adhere to the specified guidelines.
However, despite these efforts, the problem persists.

Additional Details:

Website runs on WordPress 6.4.2.
Using the latest version of BuddyPress 12.0.0.
The theme in use is Kadence.
