How to change user profile tabs link

I want to change user profile tabs links (activity, profile, notifications… and so on), I have very long member-header content on profile pages and I want tabs to have div #id in the link:
Standard PROFILE tab link:
http://www.domain.com/members/admin/profile/I want it to be:
http://www.domain.com/members/admin/profile/#profileHow can I change it?
