I installed everything (WP, BP and Bounce Theme) this morning so it is a brand new new site.

My problem is that I’m getting the dreaded “User registration is currently not allowed” message when I click on Register. I’ve read prior forums and have already gone into Settings –> General and clicked on “Anyone can register”, so it is not that. Could it be something else??

Any help on the Saturday morning would be much appreciated!!
