users cannot acces their profile or any of the activity links inbox,

hello,

really strange i had a wordpress site that i converted into a buddypress site now there are 2 admins 1 can access all site info and the other cannot any options under the My Account is simply redirecting the 1 admin to the homepage

any help ?
